Nantes

Nantes drains a certain art and culture crowd, combining shopping and bucolic walks in the heart of the city, beautifully restored and conserved.

A must-see

♦ The mecanical elephant : 12 meters high for this extraordinary machine, made in the workshops of Les Machines de l'Ile, as well as many other wonderful machines (and sometimes monstruous) which recall the fantastic universe of Jules Verne.
